For Dinner Sign orders. Ordering 1 to 4 signs are $50 each, 5 to 9 signs
are $45 each. There is an extra charge of $10 for a customized brand.
Each sign is a 18'' x 24'' metal gate sign, personalized with your name
or brand. To order, mail the form along with your check made out to Jack
Pratt, 409 NE 40th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73105. Allow 3-4
